Colorado native was originally Dallas’ second round selection, 54th
overall in the 2003 NHL Entry Draft. Member of Idaho Steelheads’ 2007 Kelly Cup championship club...Spent the 2006-07 season in the Finnish Elite League, ranking second on Assat Pori in penalty minutes and third in goals... Crombeen’s father, Mike Crombeen, played five seasons with the Blues from 1978-83. Mike Crombeen scored one of the biggest goals in Blues history when he netted a series clinching double overtime goal against Pittsburgh in the first round of the 1981 playoffs. B.J. and Mike would be the third father and son combination to play for the Blues. Bob and Brent Johnson were the first and Peter and Yan Stastny were the second. |
