The York Simcoe Express Hockey Association has completed the interviews with the  applicants for Head Coaching positions for the 2009 / 2010 season.  Decisions will be made in the near future and the announcement of the Head Coach's will be made on or around April 9th.

Waivers:

It is the policy of the York Simcoe Express Hockey Association that the decision to provide a resident player with a waiver is entirely at the discretion of the Head Coach of the team the player wishes to be waived from.  Under NO Circumstances will the Board waive a player without receiving written direction from the Head Coach that he wishes to waive the player.  ALL Players within the York Simcoe Express zone who wish to play AAA hockey, MUST attend tryout and skate for the Head Coach.  Please DO NOT contact the President or VP Hockey Operations asking for a waiver if your son/daughter has not skated at tryouts and are not in possession of a letter from the Head Coach granting the waiver.
