The York Simcoe Express Hockey Association is now accepting resumes for the position of Head Coach for all Express teams for the 2010 / 2011 season.  Please submit resumes to Greig Baxter, VP Hockey Operations, York Simcoe Express via fax 905-535-2111 or e-mail vphockey@ysehockey.com.  Deadline for submitting resumes is Sunday, January 31, 2010 at 5:00pm.  Interviews will be conducted toward the end of February.

For those interested in applying for the Novice Coach position, the January 12 deadline for resume submission is quickly approaching.  Please send your resumes to Greig Baxter, VP Hockey Operations asap to ensure you are included in our interview process.

Please remember as a result of a recent ruling from the OMHA, York Simcoe Express zone will be reduced by 2 of our founding members starting with the 2010 / 2011 season.  Players currently playing for the YSE will be given the option to make their 'right of choice' to stay with the YSE or move on to Barrie.  Players currently within the YSE zone from TNT and Beeton who are not rostered with a YSE team for the 2009 / 2010 season will become part of the Barrie zone for the 2010 / 2011 season.  Therefore anyone wishing to submit a resume for a coaching position must be part of the YSE zone or require a release from their Home centre unless the applicant is a non-parent.  Starting with the 2010 / 2011 season, the YSEHA will be comprised of the following towns: Aurora, Bradford, East Gwillimbury, Georgina, Newmarket, and Schomberg.
