Our annual YSE equipment fitting and BBQ this year will be held Sunday May 30th at St. Andrew's College.  Please stay to the right as you enter the school property.  There will be a parking lot on the right and another one on the left and finally an overflow lot further down the road on the right. The fitting room will be at the front entrance (red brick building) to the left. 

The schedule is as follow.  Please note that if a player is unable to attend a fitting, please have a parent identify another player of the same size so you can order for the absent player.

11-11:40 - Novice
11:40-12:20 - Minor Atom
12:20-1:00 - Atom
1:00-1:40 - Minor Peewee
1:40-2:20 - Peewee
2:20-3:00 - Minor Bantam
3:00-3:40 - Bantam
3:40-4:20 - Minor Midget

The Pickle Barrel BBQ will be ready to serve at 11:30am and will be serving until 3:30pm, all players & coaches will eat for free. I will be giving all managers/coaches tickets to hand out to their teams. All parents and siblings may also enjoy the BBQ for a cost of $5/person. Tickets will be sold at the fitting.  

There will be a table set up for the fitting of YSE coloured mouth guards, some of our teams/players purchased these mouth guards last season and I have had nothing but great feed back.

We will have a table selling YSE baseball hats $20/hat & YSE pins $5/pin.
