Skubnik and Brett Vickers.
Keeping up on a tradition that
started in the 2008 / 2009 season, the YSEHA held the second annual
AllPro Source for Sports Major Midget Bursary essay contest.
The bursary program is a
way to recognize and support dedicated, talented YSEHA players
who are continuing on with a post secondary education.
Players from the Major Midget team are asked to submit essays on why they feel they
are
deserving of the award. Essays were reviewed by the YSEHA Executive
and the winners were announced at the season ending Banquet.
Congratulations to this years
recipients Luke Anderson and Kyle Murphy.
