Strong Start at the Quinton Byfield Tournament
This past weekend, our U12 team hit the ice for our first early bird tournament of the season at the Quinton Byfield Tournament, and what a start it was! Across five games, the boys battled hard, showing grit, teamwork, and determination. The result? An impressive four wins out of five games played. From the opening puck drop to the final buzzer, the team demonstrated both skill and growth, making it clear that they’re already building strong chemistry on and off the ice. The coaching staff and families are incredibly proud of how the players represented our program. The effort, energy, and sportsmanship on display highlight the exciting season that lies ahead.

A special congratulations goes out to Gabriel Bonura, who was named Player of the Game and received a very special autographed Quinton Byfield hockey stick, presented by his father, Clint Byfield. With this strong start under their belts, the team is eager to keep the momentum going. The season promises to be one filled with growth, camaraderie, and plenty of memorable moments. Here’s to a fantastic year of hockey!
